Katerina received her B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Crete, in 2014. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Sc. degree in the Department of Computer Science, Univesity of Crete, while working as a Research Assistant in Signal Processing Laboratory (SPL) of ICS-FORTH. Her work focuses on applying unsupervised Feature Selection algorithms in the framework of Body Area Network scenarios, aiming to develop autonomic and distributed networking techniques for real-time Body Area Network applications.
Her current research interests include Body Area Networks, Feature Selection techniques, and Machine Learning algorithms for classification and clustering.
