Postdoctoral Researcher at Signal Processing Laboratory,
Institute of Computer Science, Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas
Anastasios Alexandridis received his B.Sc. (2010), his M.Sc. degree (2013) and his Ph.D. (2018) in Computer Science from the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete, Greece. He is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at the Signal Processing Laboratory of the Institute of Computer Science – FORTH. He has been affiliated with the lab since 2009. His research interests include audio and speech signal processing with emphasis on sound localization, wireless acoustic sensor networks, microphone arrays, and spatial and multichannel audio. He was awarded the best paper award in the European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO) in 2015 for his paper “Addressing the data-association problem for multiple sound source localization using DOA estimates”.
